salmon stir-fry

Leftover rice, leftover salmon.

The salmon has a touch of that not-so-fresh feeling.

This stir-fry could have been roasted chicken or ham, bacon or tofu or beef or lamb, or shrimp, or catfish, or mixed-meat hamburger all those things are on hand. I could have had napa cabbage, carrot, garlic and egg. It could have included beans. It could have had herbs. See how I am holding back over here? That there's maturity, Baby, maturity

It does include a sauce comprised of the magic formulation:

*  chicken broth
*  sake
*  fish sauce
*  soy sauce
*  mirin

It should have included some form of capsaicin heat, but it doesn't and the stir-fry suffered for that oversight. Yes, it did suffer for the whole three minutes it took to scarf the entire plate.
