coarse hummus, pan bread
Loaded with hand-ground spices, un-Middle Eastern and mostly Mexican, coriander, cumin, bay, black pepper, habanero pepper flakes, with tahini, olive oil, and garlic as usual. Not thoroughly blended.
Pan bread prepared with za'atar.
