mixed meat patty with potato




This is the last of the mixed meat patties prepared earlier from lamb, pork, and beef roasts, then frozen separately in packages of six seasoned meat patties each. I've become used to having it on hand and I will miss it, so you know what that means. It means I must do it again, or something similar. That was months ago. The Foodsaver device is perfect for this sort of thing.

This is the second-to-last potato boiled in heavily salted water then frozen to prevent them from turning while holding for use. It was covered with frost and sopping wet when defrosted. Maybe the Foodsaver would be best for those too.
