bison with egg

Not egg with bison because the bison came first. That is, the idea of having bison today preceded the idea of having an egg with it. Not by phylogenesis, of course, in that case bison preceded chickens, but in any case the egg of an unknown antecedent species, pelagic or terrestrial, preceded them both by ages.

The potato is the last of the potatoes frozen after being boiled in brine. I'm glad they're gone.

The egg was trimmed to fit on top of the bison-beef burger. I would not have done that were it not for photography and the impulse of ART.
