Divided dough ball in half. Pressed with fingers into a bread pan wot bin sprayed. The second half rolled between sprayed cling film. Measured to fit and trimmed with another bread pan.
Corn starch thickened a package of pork chile (chili is precise) made earlier and frōz.
Baked in a contrived baine-marie loosely covered with kitchen foil to steam up in imitation of real tamales.
