Pasta tomato, herbs, and egg




Tomatoes from balcony Earthbox
Basil from Aerogarden
Cilantro from grocery store
Pasta from a package
Cheese from Parma
Egg from a chicken's butt, and that gotta hurt.
Bread from down there vvv. See what I go through just for a slice of bread?


Egg coddled in the pasta water (add vinegar and swirl the water, drop egg into center of the swirl. Vinegar helps egg white hold together. )
