Not a breakfast breakfast per se as an American would have it, more of a desayuno, a little something in the morning to tide one over until a more substantial meal comes along. Okay FINE!, breakfast then. The thing is I'll be having lunch with a friend fairly soon but I'm hungry right NOW.
This is the couscous whipped up yesterday and it's still so nice and fluffy. A mere few seconds in the microwave brings it back to temperature and it sure hits the spot.
