crouton-size ham sandwiches



One of the hotdog buns from yesterday was sliced as if it were a loaf of bread and the slices oiled individually and charred as croutons. Homemade mayonnaise, deli Black Forest ham.  It would have been easier to make one big sandwich, but come on, what's the fun in that? 

Boy, got to this peach just in time -- one more day and it'd be too far gone.
